Jesse is a Principal and Managing Member of EnVest Media. Prior to establishing the firm in 2002, Jesse was an Associate Broker in Atlanta with Media Services Group, a nationwide media brokerage firm.  He is a graduate of Hancock College, Santa Barbara and started his broadcast media career in local radio sales and management in Southern California.

Jesse's television career began with Storer Broadcasting Group and Katz Commmunications. He entered the TV syndication field working with World Vision Enteprises, now Spelling Entertainment.  He managed the International Sales Division and personel for Cannon-Horn Telelvision and was VP of Western Sales for LBS Communications. Jesse was also VP and Managing Director of Satelitte Distribution for Columbia Pictures and King World.

He has served as the Executive Producer for over thirty documentaries and specials and produced a national televsion special on "Selena" for the NBC Television Network O&O TV Stations. Jesse has been in the entertainment field for over twenty-five years.

Mitt is a Managing Member of EnVest Media and Principal of the firm he founded in 2002. For twelve years he served as the Managing Director and  Principal of Media Services Group, a nationwide media brokerage firm that he helped establish in 1990. 

He was an Associate Broker with the Atlanta based firm of Chapman Associates for ten years and, in 1984, he opened the firm's first Washington, DC office. Growing up in a family owned radio business in North Carolina, he has been in radio and TV management and ownership for over thirty-five years.  Mitt received his BA degree in Journalism from Washington and Lee University and holds an MA degree in Radio - TV and Mass Communications and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a qualified FCC licensee and the owner of two FM radio stations.  He is also a licensed FCC First Class engineer. 

Mitt is the Treasurer to the Library of  American Broadcasting at the University of Maryland and has served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Association of Broadcasters and Central Virginia Public Television. He has been a guest speaker at many national and state broadcast industry meetings and college level courses in commmuncations and journalism.
