Davidson Media Group, LLC has closed on the purchase of the assets of radio station WFMO-AM, Fairmont, North Carolina, from Pro Media, Inc. for $400,000 cash. WFMO-AM operates on 850 khz. The station has been granted an FCC Construction Permit (CP) to reassign the station's city of license from Fairmont, North Carolina to Conway - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and increase the station's daytime operating power from 1.0 kw to 50.0 kw. |

(April, 2006) Two Rivers Radio, Inc. has closed on the purchase of the broadcast assets of WNDJ (104.9 FM) White Stone, Virginia from Windmill Communications, Inc. The purchase price was $700,000. The price includes a 6 year, $60,000 noncompete agreement with the principals of Windmill Communications, Inc.
